A really lovely place for a short break especially for anyone who like fish!

This was our first visit to Youghal and we couldn't have wished for a more enjoyable few days than the 4 nights we spent at Aherne's. The friendliness of everyone in the hotel, and indeed the town, made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely and both meals we had in the restaurant were excellent as was the dinner we had in the bar one night. The breakfasts set us up for the day. We are really hoping to stay here again at some point.

First class food and service. Best monkfish ever. Had to leave at six to catch an early ferry but staff arranged early food and arrangements for getting out of car park Well done everybody.
