Our stay in Aherne’s Townhouse was lovely. Accommodation was really homely. Lovely cosy Bar/resturant. Food was very good. Frances, Kildare.

We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 night bed and breakfast with 1 dinner stay at Ahernes. Our junior suite was a very comfortable and relaxing place to be. We really enjoyed sitting by the warm fire in the drawing room after our hearty breakfast. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff and hosts creates a lovely ambience in the cosy bar and fantastic restaurant. The tasting menu was one of the best dining experiences i have had in a long time. So good that the next night we booked dinner in the bar and it didn't disappoint.

We really enjoyed our stay with you .great to have free parking provided nearby.our evening meal was excellent,beautiful food .breakfast was also gorgeous ,I had the full irish and my wife had fish .our room was decorated very well with two double beds ,only one used may I add and lovely bathroom with bath and shower .overall,very happy with the whole experience.

A lovely comfortable friendly family run hotel/restaurant/ bar. All the served food is excellent both in the restaurant and the bar. I’d highly recommend a stay here.
