just back from a 5 night stay in ahernes peaceful and relaxing townhouse .management and staff arelovely . very enjoyable experience. excellent fresh food served and beautiful wholesome breakfasts. our little dog captain was allowed stay at no extra cost. there are great beach walks in the locality especially whiting bay and youghal pillmore strand .thanks again from sheila dan and captain

The accommodation was excellent, the staff both helpful and knowledgeable and the food exceeded expectations. As a coeliac with dairy intolerance, it is often very difficult to negotiate my way through a menu. The chef was excellent and adapted his receipes rather than restrict my choices. That is customer service at its very best!

A great eperience overall - efficient, friendly and very helpful staff - excellent food - lovely surroundings - what more would a person need. Even the weather was quite good!!!!

we had a great time, fabulous food; Scallops, Monkfish Scampi, Oven Roasted Cod, all faultless. the bread is just fantastic, made by "Annie", she also made the bread and butter pudding I had for desert. Breakfast was equally as good, perfectly poached eggs, recommended.
